The story of Charito
I want to introduce myself as Maria Valle Santa, first name, with my own "pseudonym" Charito. This is how I have been living a life here on earth in a human body, understanding that we are souls who asked to go through this beautiful experience.
With my own decision to be happy and make my environment a better place for life, love and happiness, I have taken Acceptology and Alchemy as my philosophy of life as a means of transformation.
My philosophy of life
I agree with the philosophy and teachings of Dr. Bert Hellinger, (father of Family Constellations and Systemic Therapy) a Humanist and recognized man specialized in the behavior of the human being, who has as a precept the family as an organism of reproduction and organization of a system, plus the inclusion, hierarchy and balance as a perfect life movement.
With my own decision to be happy and make my environment a better place for life, this is my story.

Therapy saved my life
Survivor of uterine cancer that I lived in silence for fear that they would see my vulnerability and arrogating to myself the right not to allow my family to suffer for this same cause, I found myself alone, empty and without support, increasing my own suffering.
There I understood that life is a path of learning, where emotions and mismanaged thoughts do more damage than a poison in the body, you just have to understand what each emotion, each event and each thing wants to tell you and take it with acceptance, and transform it into gratitude and love.
I went through many things alone, moments where death whispered in my ear "just get it over with", but I remembered that I had two teenage children, a great mother and a family that I could not leave, that gave me the strength to go on. Also, my drive for life, always believing I was powerful and capable, and never letting them see my weakness, propelled me into a life of not looking back, I lost everything, my company and my "good life" but quickly recovered emotionally and financially, to my good fortune.
My path to therapy
Life has brought me to this peaceful and safe path, where my life is at the service of people. With a life experience quite nourished that allows me to have a broader look at the events of life.
Convinced that we are great creators by nature, that if we use well the gifts given to us, we would have great wealth, prosperity, peace and happiness, I tell you with knowledge and experience, "everything has been given to us" we only have to believe, experience and let life flow with gratitude and love.
Many times I say that I am in divine grace, and people ask me why you and not me. I just answer, because I believe I am who I am, "I Am" and then I ask who are you?
I want to help you make a change in your life
With many other experiences of radical change in my life, where I thought I had everything I wanted, success in business and in life, I get a depression for the flight of my children, the famous "empty nest", they grow up and go out to find their own life, their own world and I am left with a great emptiness, where I do not understand why so much effort if in the end they would leave me alone. That takes me to the dark night of the soul. How I thank you for making me go through this night, for that is where my emotional, spiritual transformation and recognition of my own self comes from.
In my need to understand my own emptiness towards life, I turned to meditation, and evolution of my soul, two years immersed in meditation calming my ego, another great experience that served me transformation.
In that search I found several tools that helped me to understand life. And that, for a beautiful reason, prepared me to give testimony and healing to other souls who are going through the dark night of the soul.
